Here at 4 Theatre Square Hair Salon, we want to make you feel as relaxed as possible when making an appointment with us, so here's some answers to put your mind at ease. Any other questions, feel free to contact us, we'd love to have a chat with you!

What's your cancellation policy?We understand that life can get in the way, so as long as you give us 24 hours notice, we're happy to reschedule. With colour appointments, a 50% deposit will be taken when you have your consultation.

Why do I need to come in for a skin test?Your health and wellbeing is our upmost priority, so to make sure that everything goes smoothly, we require a 48 hour skin test to check if you have any reactions. Please call us to arrange this.

I'm a student/part of the NHS, are there any promotions for me?"Yes! We offer 10% off for Students and NHS, just mention when booking

Can I refer a friend?Yes, when you refer a friend, they'll get £10 off their first appointment, and you'll get £5 off your next appointment.

What is your Covid policy?We take Covid-19 very seriously and take 15 minutes in between every client to sanitise all chairs and surfaces, as well as having hand sanitiser on entry. We are also both vaccinated and if you would be more comfortable with us wearing a mask with your appointment, please let us know as your wellbeing is our best interest. If you are feeling unwell, we advise you to call and reschedule your appointment.

I got a bit bored during lockdown and I've done...If you went a bit experimental during lockdown with various hair products and home dyes, please be honest and let us know! We understand and accomodate, as long as you're truthful.

I'm very nervous about getting my hair cut! What will ease my anxiety?We suggest you come in for a pre-consultation and a chat with us, your friendly stylists. Once you feel happy, we can book an appointment and hope to see you soon

I'm not sure about the hair I've left with...We want to make sure you're completely satified with your hairstyle, so if you want your hair adjusted, we have a 7 day tweaking period where you can revist the salon, and we'll do what we can to make you fall in love with your hair - free of charge. Although we can't make your hair grow back, we can find a style to suit you, whatever the length!

Are your fringe trims complimentary?Yes, our fringe trims are complimentary within 8 weeks

Is your hair colour vegan?Yes, our colours are vegan.

Are your styling products vegan?We are animal cruelty free, but some of our products do contain honey. If you are vegan, let us know and we'll cater to you.
